My name is Caroline Metts and I’m excited to be acting as the Recruitment Chair for the Epsilon Chi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega! Being in a sorority wasn’t something I thought I’d end up doing, but I’m forever thankful to be a part of this organization. This group of girls includes some of the best people I’ve ever met, and I’m lucky to be surrounded by a group that constantly pushes me to be my best self.
Without formal recruitment I wouldn’t be a member of Alpha Chi Omega, and being able to represent my chapter with this position is an honor. I can’t wait for the fall and to welcome new girls into our home. This process is something I would encourage everyone to participate in, whether or not you end up pledging a sorority. It’s a great way to meet other people, especially at a school as large as UNC, and to expand your horizons.
I’m looking forward to meeting each of you this fall and to impart on you a piece of what Alpha Chi has given to me.
